The Sweet-tooth, The Meat Eater and The Vegan
In our home cooking can be a challenge!
With lactose & gluten intolerance’s, nut & seafood allergies and a vegan we will often have four separate meals.
When we do come together on a dish, I am the master of modification.
Enjoy some of my favorite recipes and don’t feel obligated to stick to the specs. Make them work for you, you know I do.
Great substitutions include:
Milk– Oat, Soy, Almond, Coconut or Rice Milk & Lactose Free Dairy
Flour– Rice, Coconut, Oat, Almond & Chickpea Flour
Egg– Apple Sauce, Mashed Bananas, Silken Tofu, Chia, or Flax
